waite-sWe lost power a few weeks ago, and God really burdened me for a lady in our church who has electric heat and a little oil “monitor” (as it is named). So I told Sharon, “I really need to check on her,” and left the house to drive the 6 miles to her place. As I knocked on the door, I found that she had been in bed trying to stay warm. I went and got a generator to plug her heater into, and the smile that came to that 87-year-old face was priceless! About 2½ hours later the power was back, so I picked up the generator and put it away. She was so grateful that I would take the time and effort to invest in her. Praise God for Village Missions!
