November 22 – Bruce & Debra Swan, Springfield, ME
The main source of income in our area of northeast Maine is mainly woods-related work—cutting, hauling wood, or making paper. Many communities around us seem to be dying, but our community is growing. People are buying land and building nice homes; most of these people have raised their families but are too young to retire. They are very energetic and very open to the Gospel, and have been a big asset to our church. The church is steadily growing and we feel that the best is yet to come. Please pray for discipleship of young Christians, and that we will continue providing an atmosphere for the older Christians to mentor the next generation to Christian maturity.
