Castillo-Nick-Marion-SquareWhile visiting a man in jail, our conversation through the glass window and over the phone brought him to tears.  Repenting of his sins, he invited Jesus Christ to be his Lord and Savior.  When he is released we are praying for an opportunity to disciple him and reach the rest of his family for the Lord.  Also, as volunteer chaplain for our local fire and county sheriff, I was called onto the scene of a tragic vehicle accident. One person was killed and 4 others were injured.  One little girl was very frightened, so I reached into my emergency backpack and brought out a Teddy Bear.  I told her she could talk to Jesus and hug her bear if she was ever afraid.  What a blessing to be able to comfort a small child in the midst of their worst nightmare.
