Struck Down but Not Destroyed

As a new creature in Christ, no hurt, disappointment, discouragement, or failure is ours-it is His! Likewise, no success, praise, accomplishment, or victory is ours-it is His! If we are bitter or angry or carry with us the baggage of painful memories, it suggests we have experienced the blows rather than Christ experiencing them on our behalf.
